Conscious connected breathing is moving the energy within you and therefor allows you to connect to your emotions and to release stuck emotions. Your breath, using with a conscious intention, is guiding you to dive deep into yourself and allows you to open up physically, emotionally and spiritually.

You will integrate your breathing experience while listening to the healing sounds of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls which allows you to completely relax into the body and to soften into the heart. By allowing the power of breath and the beauty of sound to flow through you, you can heal on a physical, mental and emotional level and ultimately go through life with more clarity and softness.

Make sure to not eat too heavy before the session and to dress comfy and warm. You might want to bring your own eye pillow or an extra blanket or shawl to ensure warmth and cosyness. If you like journaling, you might want to bring your notebook as well.
