Join us for an evening of self-discovery, harmony, and resonance. In this workshop, we combine the power of breath and the beauty of sound to create a transformative experience.

Together, we will explore the healing potential of pranayama techniques, flowing into a deep conscious connected breathing session. Following this, we’ll transition into the soothing vibrations of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, allowing you to float effortlessly in a state of deep conscious rest while connecting to the deeper inner peace within you.

You will integrate your breathing experience while listening to the healing sounds of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls which allows you to completely relax into the body and to soften into the heart.
After the conscious connected breathing your body mind and spirit will be opened up and you will be in the perfect state to receive the soothing healing Alchemy Crystal Sounds. You might be able to forget about time and space and feel your body weightless.

As the Indian saying "Nadha Brahma" teaches us, "everything is sound." Shamans and ancient traditions have long utilized the healing power of sound and vibration. Today, modern science, including quantum physics, confirms that everything is made of waves and energy.

Make sure to not eat too heavy before the session and to dress comfy and warm. You might want to bring your own eye pillow or an extra blanket or shawl to ensure warmth and cosyness. If you like journaling, you might want to bring your notebook as well.
